Hepke is really good at listening and identifying your behaviors wether it’s low self esteem or anxiety and in a lot cases making you look at yourself very different in positive way. From there he focuses on building a better version of you, helps with areas your struggling with and overall is very good at listening. I strongly recommend him as long as you’re serious and want to make a positive change. Great work and I’m looking forward to where I will be in 6 months time.

The coaching and guidance is honestly really good Hepke is very good at looking at a situation and immediately recognizing what the problem is and motivating you to find your true self. He is very hands on and genuinely does care and wants you to succeed. He checks in if you slip and does push yourself which is very good.
